How soon can you start my roofing project?

Once the contract has been signed and a deposit has been received, work will commence in 10-30 days —depending on material availability.

How long will a new roof take to install?

Most roofs take 1-2 days depending on size, complexity and weather conditions. Additional services like gutters can add additional days to this timeline. 

Do I need to be home for installation?

As long as proper preparation has been made to allow access to all sides of the property for the crew, the homeowner is not required to be home during installation.

Are you insured?

All Forefront crews are fully insured, carrying both liability insurance and workers compensation.

Do you need a permit?

Permits and a post-installation inspection are required for roofing projects. Rest assured, Forefront will handle all of these details for you!

What condition will my home be left in?

Upon completion of your roofing project, the Forefront crew will do a thorough clean-up and inspection of your lawn, rock area, driveway and walkways to ensure no debris is left behind. 

When do I get my warranty documents?

Once your full payment has been processed, your warranty documents will be promptly sent to you via email.

When does my warranty start?

 Both Forefront’s workmanship warranty and the manufacturer’s warranty start upon completion of installation. Although the manufacturer’s warranty terms can differ depending on the product, we provide a standard 5-year workmanship warranty on all our projects.
